Several expressions come to mind when blogging about this workout:
OMG!
Whew!
That Sh!t Hurts!
I cant do this!
I am going to pay in the morning!
This b!itch is crazy!
Motivate me!
I feel awesome!
I finished!
Wheres my Wheelchair!
Those were my thoughts as I worked through this workout. Jillian def keeps you going, there is no time to stop.....she moves from one thing to the other in no time.
Now before this workout I saw myself as pretty in shape and could hold my own doing a little running etc. Boy was I wrong I could barely make it through the second set of jumping jacks. Simple little stuff that you think wont make a diff really gets your heart going. She takes the small things that we did in gym in elementary school and works your ass out! It is amazing and I can tell a few weeks of this and I will notice a diff. My legs were like jello after I finished, I cursed as I made my way up and down the steps it was not pretty.
It took me a little while to get all the moves, I was having a hard time seeing the tv bc of the glare but I think the more I do it of course I will get better. I am going to try my best to get another workout in tomorrow but I am on my own with AT bc of Tims sleep study. So was it a success today? I think so, I def worked up a sweat and I am pretty sure I will get my $15 out of Jillian sooner or later. I cant wait to see the results!
GL Meredith! Take it slow though she is tough!

Eee! I am now officially scared. I am not going to start until a week, now, b/c I'm still feeling sick and want to make sure I feel better before literally kicking my own ass w/ the 30DS. But I'm seriously so excited!!
What lb handweights did you use?
I used 3lbs. There were a few things i could have used 5lbs with but sticking with the 3 for right now was best.
It is better to wait if you dont feel well. I see your blog is private, if you are going to blog about your exp I would love to read it.
GL! And it is like kicking your own ass! :~
