This level sucks! I am not getting better at it like I did Level 1. I have also come down with the crud, I am coughing like crazy giving me a headache and I skipped it today. Lame I know but I just didnt have the strength to get it done.
Day 3 was okay but like I said I dont feel like I am getting any better at it. Those plank moves are hard! Plus why in the hell is she waiting till the end of the workout to do the hardcore stuff?!?!?! She needs to start out the workout with the harder ones and then work our way down.
I know I am complaining and I am not going to give up, I guess not feeling good is just getting to me since I am skipping workouts. I was really lame today! I mean really lame!
Examples:
1. I had an off site meeting that I was paid to attend. It was supposed to last till 12:30. I skipped out at 10:30 when we had a break.
2. I went to Target....shopped
3. Felt like crap, went home had lunch and took almost a 2 hr nap.
4. Went back to the office finished up a few things left at 4, picked up AT and went home.
Yeah I dont deserve my pay check today, I admit it.
Hopefully this crap will pass this weekend and I can start up again. AT has his 6m shots tomorrow so who knows what kind of shape he will be in once we get home. I am preparing for the worst and hoping for the best. Im also hitting up a consignment sale tomorrow before his appt. so hopefully I can get him some summer duds.
Day 3 was a success all in all, I just may need a little longer on this level. Thats nothing to be ashamed of though. I will get through it! Determination is key!
