Since I have begun on the treadmill again after AT was born I have not been able to hold a steady 4.0mph pace. I held this pace as an easy walk back in the day and hoped i would be able to get back there soon. Well not as soon as I had hoped but I am thanking Jillian for this milestone.
Last night was treadmill night. I did a quick 25min walk. I really didint want to run I just wanted a good power walk. I wasnt able to do it all at once bc of dinner and when AT needed to eat so I got the first 12 min in broke for dinner and then finished shortly after. I am proud to say I kept the 4.0mph pace the whole time! It burned a quick 310 calories roughly. I have read it is okay to split it up if you need too as long as you are getting it in. Sometimes I just cant do the whole thing at one time due to family obligations.......understood I am sure!
So tonight should be another good night and then start the shred again on Thurs. I am surprising myself all the way around this time! I just might be bathing suit suitable once May rolls around.
