Well I finished up my 10days yersterday. Yes I went ahead and worked out on a Sat. I had the time so why not. The more you get in the more you get out of it right? Last night I gave Level 1 all I had to get myself pumped for this morning.
So I lay AT down for his nap and get ready to work it out with Jillian. She isnt messing around in this workout either. I was more than a little bummed I couldnt get some of the moves right. I feel like the workout was half ass because some of the moves I couldnt get right. I am just not that coordinated! I should have set down and watched the workout first to see what I would be dong. Hopefully as with the first level it will take a few times to get it right and perfect my form. There seems to be more hard core cardio in this, not as many lunges and squats (okay well maybe more intense than bf) but there is def more movement in the moves.
Yes I called her a crazy bitch several times through this level too but hopefully after a few tries I wont curse at her as much.....I CAN DO IT! I impressed myself with how well I adapted to the first level it will get better from here on out. I'll keep updating my progress. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I am pretty sure i am still on the yo-yo my diet this weekend hasnt been the best. Ill update on that too good or bad.....it needs to be out there so I can hold myself accountable.
It is GORGEOUS today and we are having a few friends over to cook out and a little playdate for the boys. My friend April from the nest is coming over so our DH can watch the race while we take AT and Little Eli down to the park. I hope they have baby swings down there I cant wait to get AT in a swing. He is still fighting EI though and I am hoping this wind doesnt cause him discomfort. I guess I am still going to cover them up. Hopefully cute pics to follow.

I've recently starting reading your blog but haven't commented yet. Great job on the weight loss!! I have gotten about 6 days in of the 30 Day Shred. It KILLS my knees. Have you had any issues with your knees? I have a very had time walking down my stairs afterwards.
gnomee02: I had major issues with my quad muscles after the lunges and squats. It does get better with time and dont forget to do the sretches after the workout or you will feel it the next day and be so stiff. I learned this the hardway!
Keep at it, and modify it if you have a hard time with your knees. It is so worth it to be able to see results, and the hcange your body is making. I will tell you this sitting on the toilet and going dawn stairs was awful at first....it will get better! GL to you!
