Morning 2

Well I was ready to go to bed when 9 rolled around last night. I could tell I was tired.

When I came home I still intended on getting a few more short workouts in....which I did. If you count jogging around your kitchen island playing with your 10m old. I literally set the timer on the oven and started jogging around my kitchen! AT was so cranky last night and he was getting a kick out of it so I kept it up for 10m. I swore the boy would get bored but he didnt....so there you go! What a way to be creative right ;) I was also able to get some abs in bf we needed to hit the showers.

I made it to the treadmill at 5:45, I was determined to try some intervals. I run at 5.5mph for 60 seconds then walk at 4 for 2m. I love this routine bc it goes by so fast! I made it through the whole thing. My body was tired and I wanted to quit but I didnt. Kuddos to me for that!

So then I headed down stairs to do some ab moves, and other moves I copied from Jillian. I set aside 10m for this....not stellar I know! Yesterday I wrote out a list of moves I wanted to do and stuck to them.

I felt great after i finished....and made it to work on time this morning. So its going well so far. Ive been warned it might get harder.....time will tell. I have to work late tonight for a meeting so getting up tomorrow might pretty hard, but Im determined to try!

I may break out Jillian in the morning....Ill see how far I can get into it.

Ive been thinking alot about incorporating resistance band workouts into my routine. I havent seen a ton of coverage on them but at my last doctors appt he mentioned success with them in his patients for rehab and building muscle. They look like something I could def take on vacay to get some strength training in. I may look around and get more reviews first though. I just like to mix things up and would love to not have to do the same thing day and day again.

Anyone used them? Any video suggestions?

Here is one I found:
