Thats what has been going on, Im losing muscle mass by not exercisig like I should and that is why I am shedding more lbs. So in gross terms that means the muscle is leaving me and the fat is staying. NICE!
IDK...I wont elaborate on my excuses. Im ashamed right now but Im being honest. One day Ill figure it all out again...I know shame shame!

Yikes! Do you really think that's what's happening? I hope you can find the time/motivation to work out soon. It's never too late to get back on the horse! :)
I haven't been lifting in quite some time ... just running, but I think this is why my body weight has dropped a LOT. I am now about 5 lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight, and I think it's b/c of the muscle leaving. Hopefully I'm still hanging on to some, though, w/ the running a few times per week ... are you still walking/running?
Ladies I wish I could say Im doing something but the way things have been going lately Im lucky to even get up on time in the mornings.
Once we get through these house hunting weekends Im going to start getting up early again.....I cant get all flabby! Plus I need a distraction from it all.
