Could it be?

Could it be that I got all call this morning at 9:15 from the showing call center hoping to let an agent view the house between 10-11 am? I couldnt believe it!!!! All this time...nearly 2 months and nothing, now here we go.

I was 15min from home and there were things laying around that really needed picked up so I rushed back home....thankfully AT fell asleep in the car! I had about 20 min to straighten the 2nd and 1st floor. Whew! Tim and I have been very lazy lately about staging bc frankly we have had no action...well we are going to get better about it and try not to get so discouraged.

We have decided to take new photos of the house and declutter a bit more. I mainly took everything down for the photos and then put it back up! Hey I LIVE here still!

So hopefully with revamping the photos and updating the description we can get a bit more traffic. And thankfully those buyers looking this time of year are pretty serious buyers, I know we were when we bought this house in Dec of 05. So fingers crossed we get good feedback....or a miracle offer ;) A girl can dream right?

I guess patience pays off.....Ill try to remember that when its March and we are still here ;)
