The couple that viewed our house Friday were serious! I knew they were. They wrote an offer on a poperty near Peace Haven. Its okay really! I was just glad we were on their list of must see's.
Per normal our lack luster agent didnt get us much feedback. But from the sounds of it the couple looked at so many homes they all ran together which I can completely understand. The agent couldnt remember completely but hopefully our agent will try and follow up again.
In the meantime we are having a "coming to Jesus" meeting tonight with our agent. He has been really lax lately about responding to e-mails and voicemails. I understand there isnt a ton we can do right now but ignoring us when we call isnt helping matters, it makes our frustration worse. So I retook all the pics Friday and rewrote the home description last night. I told our agent to bring his laptop over tonight so we can get all of this done at once! No more exscuses!
Im hoping a more agreed concensus will come out of the meeting, along wtih more traffic. Im keeping my hopes up, it can only go up from here.....right?

Sorry to hear that you didn't get much feedback and your agent is being subpar. We went through that when we sold our Raleigh house. It was only after things were almost done that we were told by his boss that we always had the right to switch to another agent in the company, even though we signed a contract. Apparently, the contract is with the agency and not the specific agent, so if he continues to disappoint, that is most likely an option for you as well.
