Because I told you a while back I was done with obessing over my weight.
I am.
BUT.
I have lost a few lbs since my cry for understanding a few months back. & I told you how my workouts were just "fitting" into our family routine. & its helped me lose a few lbs...and get some of this chunkiness to tone up!
Im close to my first goal of 145. Its been a decent gaol for a while...but again not beating myself up for not meeting it by a certain point. Just trying to get there and if I maintain Im okay with that too. Im happy right now and to me thats all that matters.
Im down to 146.6.
If I look at my little chart over there -----> that shows where Ive been its a 2lb weight loss since Nov. To tell the truth Ive been down to 148 a few times sicne then but then up again. But I will say this, its been quite a few weeks since Ive been "up". I seem to be going down everytime. & if Ive had a bad few days or a weekend my high end still remains in the 40's.
THAT my firiends is the progress I wanted to see. I COULDNT wait to see that 5 GONE!
So its the small things. "Fitting" in those workouts, and just eating smaller portions. It also helps the cafeteria here at work is offering a ton of fresher more healthier options for my lunch. Just in time for boat season! :)
