Kitchen Updates

So Im a little late getting this up! But hey last week was supposed to be smooth sailing and instead I walked into a full blown survey here at the office. So yeah I was pretty tied up.

Anyway Im pretty stoked how it all turned out. The green is there but not so bold. & def not too dark. I relaly do like it. So ive decided to keep the same color in the laundry room, and it helps that I have a whole gallon left ;)

& I guess through all of this my age started to show. I have high cabinets! & a ladder was a must through most all of this project. Even climbing on my counters and trying to reach the ceiling for the trim and over the cabinets. It was tiring and Tim had to end up finishing it for me. Well the part over the cabinets. I just couldnt do it anymore. I started getting anxiety from the heights. It was too much being on the ladder as long as I was. Ive never had an issue before. But Im telling you if I never climb on my counters again for anything it will be too soon. Whew!

So we have made the final decision on the cabinets for the laundry room and Im ready to get therm ordered. As soon as the installer comes out to verify measurements Ill finish up the painting.

Easter weekend was awesome and jam packed! K&E came over with Lynlee for a game night. Our neighbors joined us too. It was nice to share that with some new friends. Then Saturday was spent with family. The kids had an awesome time and so did I just visiting. Sunday was lazy and full of boat time. Im nursing a sun burn as a I type :( Oh well. First of many I guess.

Last bit of info - Im in a size 6 pants today. OOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! I did the ole winter/summer switch last night and they fit. Not comfy at first in the belly area but after a little stretching from moving around they are comfy as can be. There is still hope for me yet ;) Lets just say I havent wore these pants since the summer bf I was pg with AT. & it was the last time I was told just how skinny I was. Yep its been that long! Go me!
