Napping...............
Playing.................
Flying Kites.............
Catching plenty of sun on white sandy beaches...............
Beaching on sandbars.................
Letting the tide carry us away............
Taking in all the scenery..............
Finding Ocean Treasures (aka - the checkered sunglasses)..........
& just sitting back to enjoy an adult beverage.
That was our beach trip in a nutshell. Nothing fancy, just sun, sand, water, good food, and friends. Beaching on the sandbar for the day was a great exp. The kids could just run for miles and miles. & the wildlife was great too. Crabs, stingrays, all very neat. Not something you see or get to do everyday. It was a great way to start off the summer, just made me wish our Sept trip would hurry up and get here so we coud go back. But I wont wish away my summer just yet!
So instead Ill be here - on the boat with my boy and my love! Ill take that anyday!
