Decided on Bedding...

Well looks like we have made a decision, we finally chose Trend Lab Baby Yacht. Not your normal nursery bedding but that was kind of my goal. I really did not want a lot of colors the max was 4 and this fits perfectly not to mention it will make things a bit easier to find accesories that match but dont have to pay full price for since they are related to the collection. We are now thinking of a 2 toned room, blue on top, white chair rail and brown on the bottom. I am getting excited just thinking about it.














Posted a few pics that I found, there arent a ton of accesories with this set so I opted to go with the 4pc set, diaper stacker (I know I am a sucker :), frame set, and a velour blanket that I could not find a good pic of. The set is sold at Target too and got pretty good reviews as well as a B in Baby Bargains so I feel good about it. I know our little man can grow with this set instead of it dissapearing once the toddler years begin.


I made a trip out to BRU today to check on the crib, and to look at another bedding set there. Looks like we are number 6 or 7 on the list for the crib and dresser, so I am hoping that we have some luck in the coming weeks. I think my plan will contiue to be to wait till the end of the month and then go get the Munire set. They also gave me another coupon today so that was reassuring, oh and I just couldnt help but pick up a few out fits for the little guy while there.



So we wait for the bedding now and then the nursery prep begins.....should be fun and good to get it done before the furniture gets here. Not to mention give me a chance to shop for the extra stuff as well. Man what a difference knowing the gender makes :)
