I cant believe i am going to say this but it was EASY. I got most of the moves down now, I am still working on perfecting one of the ab moves but it was easier. I guess it does pay off doing a couple days in a row like that. I plan on getting it in tonight and tomorrow, breaking Saturday for my day off and then starting back up on Sunday and Monday.
Tuesday and Wed will be my treadmill days. So with my plan so far that will be 7 days on level 1. I still plan on doing 10 dayts of Level 1 like the video reccomends that way I can perfect all of the moves bf moving on to get the most out of the workout. I still feel my muscles but again the stretching HAD to have made the diff in my stiffness from Tuesday night. I stretched last night and didnt feel near as much stiffness. I have always heard that stretching bf was the way to start but seems it is the other way around.
