So for record keeping sake: 155.5 lbs
I have completed 8 full days of the 30DS, I am super proud of myself. I am getting better at it but it is still a good workout. There are still those 2 pesky moves that get me every time. The pushups (which I am getting better at those) and the side lunges with a shoulder raise. Those kill my shoulders....I hope I see some definition there soon its got to be doing something the way my shoulders burn!
So Im going to continue level 1 for the rest of the week.....sans Friday since I will be on my trip to the SPA! I cannot wait for that......the sleeping in alone should give me the energy needed to come home and workout and if it is nice....AT and I might take a little walk.
Spring has Sprung! Get out and enjoy the weather....we did!
