Im just sayin!
We recd a verbal offer last Sunday on our home. The buyer was ready to write an offer (low ball offer, but an offer) and we were ready to accept a written offer to get the process of negotiations started and hopefully a contract signed soon.
The buyer wants his mother, wife and 2 kids to look at the house once more. Totally fine I would do the same.....but then IT SNOWED! & its all turned to ice.
Said showing was supposed to happen yesterday but of course was cancelled due to weather. So now we have a possible date of Wed or Thurs this week. Our agent will show the house, bringing the paperwork along so this buyer can make his final choice to put in the offer or not.
ARGH! Please let some of this ice melt so this showing can take place and we can be one step closer to moving into the home of our dreams! Im SO tired of waiting....we have hit the 4m mark of our MLS listing. Its getting quite old.
We havent even had anymore showings bc of this weather. Did I mention I hate winter? Where oh where is spring?
